i did a talk, on the theme Semantic City, at the Architecture Association school. This was alongside the very interesting John Bell who has a whole ‘unit’ to help him do interestng things with bluetooth based micro broadcasting, sensors and crowd motion analysis…

it is a story about dispersed information infrastructure, knowledge in the world and of it, i enjoyed writing it, and now wonder how i can translate any of the conclusions
therein into real-world practise… map.wirelesslondon.info is a washed-out shadow of what it could be. i am still working the bugs out of that; it represents a spatial RDF aggregator with a mapping component, and basic messaging/membership functions…
